CIE has been designing and installing kitchens in Prime Residential developments for over 60 years. We have a wealth of experience in delivering projects of all sizes, from one offs to large scale residential developments.
Consultation
Our aim is to be involved at the earliest point in time with you, engaging with the designer and architect to mould and shape proposals. We have a dedicated team of expert in-house designers with many years of experience who understand client needs and are on hand to discuss materials, finishes and colours, all supported by the research we undertake using the latest trend analysis.
CIE will work with your parameters, ensuring that our product offering is moulded to suit the specification and design brief set out. In addition, having plotted project timelines, we will then map the required project management steps to ensure a smooth implementation, meeting the all important deadlines in place
Design
We provide a bespoke design service and work closely with Architects or Interior designers on schemes to ensure proposals are viable. We share our insights and design flair culminating in the production of detailed AutoCAD drawings of each proposed kitchen design.
We’re experienced in liaising with other trades to ensure works are co-ordinated with kitchen designs and we can provide detailed M&E drawings, along with any additional information required to overcome any layout challenges.
During the design process we can provide cost breakdowns alongside VE options, ensuring schemes meet strict quality criteria whilst ensuring excellent value.
All design work is undertaken in accordance with our ISO9001 and Achillies UVDB accreditations, providing you with a smooth and reliable design process.
Manufacture
Our relationship with manufacturing partners ensures that your furniture is constructed to the highest industry standards. We’re a member of Construction Line and only FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council® FSC-C100100) and PEFC™ certified materials are used during manufacture. We carry out regular factory visits to inspect the quality of furniture before it arrives to site, you’re welcome to join!
We have the ability to produce furniture on a scale that others simply don’t, allowing us to provide quality on even the largest of schemes.
Installation
Our fleet of vehicles are FORS Silver accredited and we have a UK based distribution centre enabling just-in-time deliveries to site.
Our site management team are willing to go the extra mile to get projects complete and have a huge wealth of experience working with Italian and German kitchen furniture on some of London’s most prestigious developments. We are ISO45001, SSIP and SMAS accredited, which helps to demonstrate our strong occupational health and safety management systems, giving you peace of mind throughout the duration of a project.
Our fitting teams are specially trained in Bulthaup installation and we hold regular on the job training to ensure all furniture is fitted to the highest possible standard. Our finishing teams help to deliver a quality, compliant project, snag and defect free, every time.
Aftercare
Whether it's accessories or a service engineer we are here to support you and your customers, even after the project is complete. All appliances we install come with a manufactures guarantee and we provide detailed O&M packs on completion of a project.
Our design team is on hand to advise purchasers about additions or alterations and can work directly with customers to meet individual requirements.
